Mr. Clary is a licensed broker with over 20 years of experience in design and development. In his role as architect and real estate agent, Mr. Clary will help implement the company’s growth strategy that includes investment and acquisition throughout the United States. Additionally, he will work with the company’s facility services division to expand company presence by targeting new Commercial Real Estate and Facility Management Services opportunities along the Eastern Seaboard.

Prior to joining Owens Realty Service, he worked at Tavistock Development Company directing and overseeing design and development teams on projects in Central Florida (Lake Nona, NorthLake Park, Laureate Park and Isleworth), Bahamas (Albany), Jamaica (Harmony Cove) and Argentina. He developed and managed design review standards, process and boards at Lake Nona Isleworth and Albany.

Mr. Clary also provided architectural consultation and real estate sales expertise for the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club Estates. Mr. Clary also provided design and development consultation services to the Mission Inn Golf and Tennis Resort, which included: hotel renovation, golf course condominium and villa projects and Design Review Board for private residential communities.
