On December 31, 2014, Owens Realty Capital purchased both 3500 & 3626 Quadrangle Blvd Orlando, FL. The property consists of 2 buildings totaling 82,175 RSF, which were built between 2001-2002. The buildings are currently 100% leased by 3 total tenants with Siemens being the anchor tenant. The property was purchased for $13,570,000 or $165/SF. The purchaser Owens Realty Capital was represented by Palmer Vietor of Owens Realty Services, and the seller Wells Real Estate Funds was represented by Ron Rogg of CBRE.The purchase represents the second asset owned in the Quadrangle business park for Owens Realty Capital. Owens Realty Capital also purchased the Palladium building at 12124 High Tech Ave. a year ago for $9,150,000.

Owens Realty Capital also recently closed on 444 W. New England Ave and 362 S. Pennsylvania Ave in Winter Park for $15,000,000 on 9/23/2014.
