Routine Maintenance

Owens Realty Services' teams utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to define and schedule routine on-going maintenance for a facility. Routine maintenance tasks are usually simple, small scale activities that require minimal skill or training and are completed on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis and are associated with the general upkeep of a building and its systems. Routine maintenance can usually be accomplished without the locking out of equipment and may include changing of light bulbs, regular lubrication, filter changes, painting, re-roofing, caulking, minor repairs and lock and hardware replacement.
